1. Booking & Reservations

By making a booking with Tanzalian Safari's Limited, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1.1 Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total safari cost. Full payment must be received at least 60 days before the safari departure date.

1.2 Payment Methods

We accept payments via bank transfer, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and selected mobile money services. All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated.

2. Cancellation Policy

• 90+ days before departure: 30% deposit forfeited
• 60-89 days before departure: 50% of total cost
• 30-59 days before departure: 75% of total cost
• Less than 30 days: 100% of total cost

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellation fees.

3. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is mandatory for all safari participants. Your policy must cover:

• Medical expenses and emergency evacuation
• Trip cancellation and interruption
• Personal accident and baggage loss

4. Health Requirements

Clients are responsible for ensuring they meet all health requirements, including:

• Yellow Fever vaccination certificate (mandatory)
• Malaria prophylaxis (recommended)
• Up-to-date routine vaccinations
• Any personal medications required

5. Liability & Responsibility

Tanzalian Safari's Limited acts as an agent for hotels, airlines, car rental companies, and other service providers. We are not liable for:

• Acts of God, weather conditions, or natural disasters
• Political unrest, strikes, or civil disturbances
• Flight delays or cancellations
• Loss or damage to personal property
• Personal injury or death (except where due to our negligence)

6. Safari Conduct

All clients must:

• Follow the instructions of safari guides and park rangers
• Respect wildlife and maintain safe distances
• Not litter or damage the environment
• Be respectful of local cultures and customs

We reserve the right to remove any client whose behavior is deemed dangerous or disruptive without refund.

7. Itinerary Changes

While we make every effort to adhere to published itineraries, we reserve the right to make changes due to:

• Weather conditions
• Road conditions or park closures
• Wildlife movements
• Safety concerns

Any necessary changes will be made to maintain the quality and safety of your experience.

8. Prices & Inclusions

All prices are subject to change until full payment is received. Our packages typically include:

• Accommodation as specified
• Meals as indicated in the itinerary
• Park entrance fees
• Professional driver-guide services
• Game drives in 4x4 safari vehicle
• Airport transfers

Not included: International flights, visas, travel insurance, tips, alcoholic beverages, personal expenses, and optional activities.

9. Complaints & Disputes

Any complaints must be reported immediately to your guide or our operations team. We will make every effort to resolve issues during your safari. Written complaints should be submitted within 30 days of trip completion.
